The emergency check doesn't need the AI.
It uses a list in our code. In the website chat, tap the red Emergency help button at the top. Pick what's happening. You get first-aid steps and help finding an emergency vet, even if the AI is down.
The list can miss something that is not on it, so if you are worried, call your vet.

Will it replace my vet?
No. It helps you walk in ready, with a clearer idea of what you're seeing and good questions to ask. If your pet needs hands-on care, it tells you to get help from a person right away.
What's free?

What does it keep about my pet?
What you give it: breed, history, records, photos and what you see right now. It all goes in one file for your pet. Ask for a written summary. You'll get one to print or send.
Is it only for emergencies?
No. Keep a free daily care log: meals, walks, medicine, and anything you notice. When something seems off, ask about it, even the things that feel a bit silly to ask. If your pet may need emergency care, contact a veterinarian right away.
Will I be charged when the free trial ends?
Yes, unless you cancel first. Free for 7 days, then $29.99 every month until you cancel. To cancel, open the menu, tap Billing, then tap Cancel trial. Cancel there before the trial ends and you are not charged.
What do you do with what I tell you?
