ChatGPT and Claude can be useful. We built 911 PAWS specifically around pet health: your pet's record goes in with every question, a separate check looks for emergency warning signs in what you write, and the guidance explains how sure it is.
The emergency check is the one part we kept out of the AI's hands. Type trouble breathing, a seizure, pale gums or a suspected poisoning and those words are matched against a fixed list in our code, so first-aid steps and a vet's number come up even when the AI is down.
